This blog was started by accident, when I needed somewhere to post some writing, and discovered that my hosting package had one of those “one click install” features for WordPress. I clicked, installed, and posted my first blog entry, expecting it to be read by only a few associates.

Somehow others found it, started reading and commenting and discussing what I’d written on other forums. Now I feel under pressure to make this into an actual blog. I may or may not follow up on this. But for a start, I’ve written this page.
